Fitness Program

Clients have the option to exercise on a treadmill, stationary bicycle, or walk outside to improve strength and stamina in the workplace. Clients’ pace, distance, duration, and calories are tracked and workout logs are sent home to families on a monthly basis to inform them of progress made. Clients’ weight can also be tracked upon request.
